I think a little socialism is wonderful

Free market capitalism has always been the best path to prosperity but what seems to be happening now is hundreds of companies all around the world specially in the US have started to be nationalized to save them from going under. I do think that a little bit of socialist spice in free markets is a good thing to protect millions of workers. 

Why believe in God? Just be a good guy.

I saw this on TV recently and I think its a very effective line. You dont have to put reason to being good like "God will punish you if you are not good"  but seriously, just be a good guy.

It is really pissing me off when people try to defend their religion that it is the only thing that keeps the world from spiraling to total anarchy and chaos. That is so 1700's!  Civilization will not fall and enter into chaos if we remove religion, what is important if you have a personal relationship with a creator and civilization will be just fine.  Chaos without organized religion my ass  

Bailing out GM is a bad mistake

The problem with GM is not really the expensive UAW workers and pension, its the quality of their cars. Pensions and wages would not be a problem if their cars sold like hot cakes. Giving them another 25 Billion US dollars will not do anything about the quality and the marketability of their cars. Let the free markets decide their fate then use that money to help the laid off workers get auto jobs if not at GM again, somewhere else. I am dead sure that one or more of the Japanese automakers will fill the market void when GM is gone and need more workers

Why you dont need Jesus Christ

I am really having a hard time believing that non-sense. It sounds to me like a jew and a white man's fairy tale. Why am I supposed to believe something that was written and published by Jews and a drunken, sex-crazed, dying Roman Emperor named Constantine?

Seriously, if you believe that this guy rose from the dead and physically developed rocket boosters to blast him off to heaven literally and that he is God on a suicide mission.... I can't take you seriously as a logical person. I wouldn't know what other crazies you may believe in.

How about Noah? The bible said he was 900 years old and collected all forms of life ( more than 10 million different kinds of insects / animals / arachnids / crustasians / mammals / amphibians / etc. ) and made them have sex on that ark? Really?

Don't get me wrong, I believe and follow the teachings of respect for human life, respect for other people and being a good person. The only reason that a lot of people are doubting the validity of Christianity ( Da Vinci Code / Dead Sea Scrolls ) because he is the only one out of all of the prophets that claimed he is God himself.

I hate Christianity because it is meddling with governement and foreign policies. I do not believe that we still need religion to be orderly and progressive, this is the 21st century.
